what can you do remotely?

Almost all of our services — aside from office reorganization — can be done remotely. We provide a full range of services for your business, whether it’s project management, bookkeeping, social media and marketing, customer service or other support. See our Services page for more information.


can i use you for recurring assistance?

Yes. You can hire us for a one-time project or for daily, weekly, monthly or yearly repeat services. For example, when you need organizing assistance: this may only need to be done once or can be repeated every so often. Or, when using our writing services: we set up your blog software and email template just once, but then can also write your weekly blog posts or monthly newsletter.


How do I get assigned someone?

We connect with you by phone or email initially to set up a free consultation. We want to make sure we fully understand your business, situation, and requirements. Then we suggest the services and the right person to be assigned to you. You can meet your assigned person before making the decision, either in person or virtually, depending on your location and schedule.


where are your staff located?

Our team is located in the seacoast region of New Hampshire, USA. Many projects can be done remotely, so please reach out to us even if you live elsewhere.


do you train your staff?

The person assigned to you will have the professional background and skills to perform the tasks you have requested. If training is required, we’ll work with you to make sure the person knows specifically how to help you.


Do you work on weekends and holidays?

We believe in work-life balance and family before business. Unless it is a special request, we do not work on weekends, holidays or outside regular business hours.
