We worked with a little frame shop here in New Hampshire. After talking with them about what they needed, the first thing we did was refer them to our IT guy for internet safety. We then organized their space, files, finances, and organized the company expansion to take it to the next level. If you have a shop or small business that you’re ready to grow, all it might take are just a few tweaks to make it happen.
We help clients create a system for handling the paperwork for new hires, such as W4s and I9s. We handle employee emergency contact information, report to the State and sign you up for company benefits. Because the small business owner is busy, it’s so much easier to say to us: “You handle the details.” If slackers finally get the boot, we can help there too. Can you say “Exit interview?”
Many small businesses are a one-man or one-woman show. You have so much you want to do but you don’t have time because you’re too busy fielding phone calls or handling paperwork. You can gain time to create your vision if we organize the details. We work with a lot of one-person businesses. Our prices and hands-on approach make it easy for you to say “yes, I need help.”

We helped and continue to help a lot of new business people organize client lists, build good websites, manage finances, coordinate making business cards, flyers and other marketing materials. We refer you to vendors we know, like and trust. We introduce you to networking groups. Our team is your “behind the scenes support system.”
the non-marketing expert
We get it. All you want to do is the work you’re good at. You don’t have the time to “pound the pavement” or in this case, the virtual pavement, to drum up more business, nor do you have the expertise. Business coaches are expensive. That’s where we come in, your back-pocket content marketing team. We optimize your website so that you don’t have to spend hours attracting new clients. We help with writing content: social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other online marketing content. We help improve your branding, marketing strategy, and digital platforms.
We love to write. You may want articles placed in newspapers and magazines sharing what you do. One gentleman — a landscaper — said that as a result of the article we wrote, he booked 22 new jobs.
the too-busy tradesman
One of the businesses we work with is DeSco of Seabrook. Raoul, the owner, is a small engine repair service pro. He’s slammed in the Spring/Summer and dead other times of the year. He’s very organized — in his own way. We’re moving the customer info from his paper books and creating his customer contact list. Scheduling annual tune-ups for the off-season. Avoiding emergencies and scheduling his appointments to lower his stress level. Improving his cash flow. Answering his phone calls. He’s one of the few people who I don’t mind if he calls me his personal secretary!
families in transition
Organization in all facets of life helps you to feel a measure of control, facilitates growth and minimizes stress. Life events — good or bad — have a way of sometimes skewing your organization systems. Moms with kids, families dealing with mental illness, someone looking for support who doesn’t know where to turn and needs help to regroup and reorganize. We like being able to claim that we “organize the details of LIFE.”
getting you digitized
You can feel disorganized when stacks of paper are piled on your desk or buried in crowded filing cabinets, over counter space or stuffed in briefcases. With technology today, most of that paper can be available at your fingertips on your computer, cell phone or tablet. There no reason to wade through a paper mess any longer!
One of our favorite projects and specialties is working with aging seniors. We help them to maintain autonomy by managing their finances, budgeting, paying bills, and balancing their checkbook. Communication with families can be difficult for them and we act as liaison. Sometimes all it takes is us making a phone call to set up their appointments, whether it’s for something medical or to fix something in their home.
